1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website maybe only open to you if you register.

1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.

2. ORDERING FROM US

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) where goods are not available;

(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or

(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3. PRICING AND VAT

VAT stands for Value Added Tax.

3.1 The goods for sale on this website are intended for use by both final consumers and businesses

3.2 All prices are shown exclusive VAT at the current rate(s). Where applicable, we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

3.3 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage, insurance and other relevant charges, these shall be shown in the shopping cart mechanism, prior to payment, and included in the total price. Where applicable, packing, carriage, insurance and other relevant charges shall be subject to VAT at the current rate(s).

3.4 Goods supplied to customers in the United Kingdom shall be subject to VAT at the appropriate rate (17.5%).

3.5 Goods supplied to customers in Member States of the EC (European Community) outside of the United Kingdom, shall be subject to VAT at the appropriate rate (17.5%), unless the customer is a business, the goods supplied are for use within the aforementioned business, and the business in question is registered for VAT in the Member State of the EC concerned. Please note, however, that in order to conform to the EC regulations covering the supply from the U.K. of goods to a customer in another Member State at a zero VAT rate, we must conduct certain checks prior to sale and shipment. For legal reasons, these checks mean that we are, at present, unable to offer goods for sale on this website for shipment to customers in other Member States of the EC at a zero VAT rate, using the shopping cart mechanism attached to this website. If you are a business operating in a Member State of the EC, outside of the U.K., and are registered for VAT in the country concerned, and wish to purchase goods from us for use in your business, please contact us on +44 (0)1277 814060 for further guidance and information.

3.6 Goods supplied to customers in countries outside of the Member States of the EC (European Community), shall not be subject to VAT.

4. CUSTOMS INFORMATION

4.1 For delivery outside of the Member States of the EC (European Community), goods may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country when ordering goods from www.abstroubleshooting.com.

4.2 Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4.3 Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from www.abstroubleshooting.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

4.4 Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type.

4.5 Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

4.6 Also, we may provide certain order, delivery and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

5.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email to webmaster@abstroubleshooting.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 5.2 below.

5.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

5.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

5.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
